ASCC Registration Guide:
- Step 1: Go to the official OKCL website (https://lc.okcl.co.in/eschool).
- Step 2: Click on the Centre Registration → Apply Online
- Step 3: Fill the Online Registration Form.
- Step 4: Check your email for SOLAR Account credentials and log in via the provided link.
- Step 5: Register your Bank Details.
- Step 6: Generate the mandate of ₹20,000 for NEFT and Wait for 24 hours for the reconciliation to your SOLAR Wallet.
- Step 7: Apply for the eSchool ASCC EOI.
- Step 8: Confirm the payment of ₹20,000.
- Step 9: Declare your Address Details.
- Step 10: Submit your Bank Account Details.
- Step 11: Submit your PAN details.

Q1 What is NEFT?
Ans.  National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) is an online payment system offered by all nationalized banks for transferring funds securely from one bank account to another.
Pre-requisite for NEFT Process:
- ASCC applicant must have a bank account in an IFSC-enabled nationalized bank.
- Online banking (Net Banking) must be activated with username & password.
Step-by-Step NEFT Payment Procedure:
- Apply for a new center on the official eSchool website: https://lc.okcl.co.in/eschool
- Complete all data entry & follow the steps on SOLAR until reaching the payment stage.
- Register your Bank Details from the following path in SOLAR:
- Enter Bank Details from below mentioned AO SOLAR Link:
- Select NEFT as the payment mode & Generate the Mandate.
- Deposit the exact amount (as shown in the mandate) in your bank from the registered account. (The amount will reflect in SOLAR within 48 hours (working days).)
- Reconcile the NEFT Transaction by clicking on the reconciliation button available on the SOLAR Home Page.

Infrastructure Readiness
The Authorized Smart Coaching Centres (ASCCs) are responsible for setting up the physical infrastructure required for blended learning. The minimum setup criteria includes the following:
Total Center Area Size: Minimum 300 to 450 sq.feet (Counselling Area+ Lecture Room+ Computer Laboratory)
To maintain educational environment, dedicated space of minimum 300 to 450 sq. feet should be available for educational courses & related services. This dedicated space should not be used for any other purpose such as sales, storage or any other business.

- The Facilitator is the core academic leader, responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences through interactive sessions and digital resources.

Role:
